Our dispensing optician takes millimetre-perfect measurements, creates a design brief and selects a colour pallet based on your natural skin tone. A specially made bespoke spectacle frame will be finished to the highest specifications and quality, with your name discreetly laser-engraved on the inside.

There are 7 simple steps to designing your bespoke spectacle frames:

Step 1

Select a frame from our 'ready to wear' range which is closest to your needs.

Step 2

Select the new colour of the frame from our exclusive pallet of 50 different materials.

Step 3

Zacks dispensing optician will input the design requirements so that the designers can create you a portfolio of designs to choose from. They design from the dispensing optician's instructions whilst working from your natural features for a perfectly tailored look.

Step 4

Seven simple measurements are taken using specialist tools.

Step 5

We take three portrait photographs of you and upload them to the website (the designers need these for the portfolio).

Step 6

We submit the order and wait for the portfolio.

Step 7

The portfolio is usually ready for viewing the next day. Once you have selected which option to go for, the frame will be specially made.
