Manufacturing and Designing Lunor Glasses Frames
When manufacturing glasses frames, Lunor’s design process is well underway before the idea ever manifests, and a great deal of research goes into the first draft. Inspired by art, nature and architecture ‘it’s the smaller details that catch our eye and inspire us to create.” Taking note of shapes and collecting ideas for details and patterns from past and present. Lunor’s archive is home to one of the world’s largest collections of antique glasses frames, and collector’s pieces spanning from 1950 to 1650 always being added to and reinterpreted to create modern classics.

Lunor eye-wear only use selected woods from local forests. Their leather cases are made of soft cowhide. Each Lunor glasses frame is a one-of-a-kind unit with a precisely crafted case and a high-quality microfibre cloth.
