We will remain open throughout lockdown and will continue to provide routine eye examinations, prioritising urgent and essential appointments, such as visual problems, broken glasses or conditions that require monitoring.
To safeguard our staff and patients, we have implemented distancing measures, we are wearing PPE and we are allocating additional time for strict hygiene procedures before and after each appointment. We request that everybody wears a mask when they enter the practice. Appointments are preceded with a telephone triage and anybody who has any viral symptoms must not attend.
